Work Where the
Work Matters.

WOFA is building something real. We're looking for people who are serious about behavioral health, show up for their team, and believe that the work they do every day actually changes lives.

Our Culture
A Team Built on
Purpose & Trust.

At WOFA we don't clock in and clock out. We show up for our residents and for each other. Mutual respect, accountability, and the shared belief that every person here deserves a real chance.

Small enough to feel like family. Structured enough to run with excellence.

Leadership
Led by People
Who've Done the Work.

WOFA was founded by a family that already operates in behavioral health. We know what running a compliant, compassionate residential facility actually looks like, and we built this program from the inside out.

No guesswork. No learning on the job at your expense. Just clear expectations and leadership that's been in the room.
